Internet has been practically dead the past 3 days. I haven’t been able to see anything on tumblr. I am starting to go through withdrawals. Well I just need to survive a few more days. Just a few more days.

The things I can’t deal with with go away, but also the things I enjoy. Life is bittersweet.

It is one of those nights again. I can’t fall asleep. I have been having a lot of these lately, but I guess this is only the 2nd one where I ended up turning my computer on instead of laying in my bed. I think going with the flow is a lot better than stressing out about when I have to sleep to get the right amount of sleep.

Listening to some good music softly is just as good as listening to good music with a full body of sound. It is just different. It is kinda like comparing tipsy and being drunk. When you’re tipsy you are more aware of your surroundings and you feel like you’re floating in the clouds. When you’re drunk, your senses are dulled and while other things are intensified. You can think of the analogy by yourself and see how they can relate. I am too tired to relate them in text.

Just going through tumblr posts takes my mind off a lot of things, all the worries that I have when I am laying in bed. But I guess that is the internet for you. It is full of useless crap that will occupy your mind for a while if you let it consume you. But it kind of a double edge sword. While it keeps your mind in check by preventing it to meander and go on tangents, the moment that my consciousness takes over it goes on autopilot and catches up. That’s very similar to drugs I guess. For a moment it feels good, but in the end you get a withdrawal. Oh the internet…
